Bartender
Our bartenders are passionate about creating a sense of community within west mid-town and evoking nostalgia and comfort – in line with the restaurant’s overall vibe. Beer, wine and spirits are fresh with island nods to pair perfectly with our Caribbean-centric menu. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests. Host/Hostess
The Host/ess should possess a positive and outgoing personality with basic knowledge of high-quality restaurant service. The ideal candidate will have the ability work calmly and effectively under pressure, while taking cues from guests’ behavior and demeanor as to their level of satisfaction or happiness to ensure a positive, one-of-a-kind experience every time. Line Cook
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a meticulous eye for detail? An Rock Steady Cook has a strong knowledge and understanding of the preparation of hot and cold food items and ability to communicate and expedite food items on the back line while managing their assigned station to ultimately ensure total guest satisfaction. Server
The Server is an ambassador for Rock Steady and its unique story, guiding guests through the menu and their meals and providing a one-of-a-kind experience every time. He/she is responsible for serving guests in a courteous and professional manner, proactively taking cues from guests’ demeanors to gauge their level of satisfaction and happiness in order to quickly address any potential issues that arise. 2+ years’ upscale dining experience is required.
