Co-Founder Jacob Thomas drew inspiration for the restaurant from his Haitian roots in addition to his passion for the arts, travel, and cooking for friends and family. While working in the event industry, Thomas and Co-Founder Joseph Russo connected over a shared love for creating a unique, quality experience with hospitality, design and entertainment.

Our menu focuses on modern renditions of traditional Afro-Caribbean cuisine along with West African and Southern American influences, using seasonal and sustainably sourced ingredients. Dishes can be complemented with selections from our list of handcrafted rum-based cocktails, locally sourced spirits or craft beer.
